📍 GPS Geofence Settings Explained:

  • Radius (above): Legacy field for map display only. Set to 0 for ADHOC sites.
  • Geofence Radius: The actual GPS enforcement zone (recommended: 60m). Workers must be within this distance to clock in/out.
  • STRICT Policy: Blocks clock-in/out if worker is outside the geofence radius. Best for fixed job sites.
  • WARN Policy: Allows clock-in/out but adds ⚠️ flag to shift notes for admin review. Use for flexible sites.
  • Tolerance: System adds +75m GPS noise buffer automatically. Total allowed = Geofence Radius + 75m.
  • Flagged Shifts: WARN policy shifts with ⚠️ appear in the Exceptions page for review.
