By accessing or using the Rhinehart Co. website ("Site") and employee time tracking portal ("Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.
Rhinehart Co. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or Portal constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Employee Portal: Authorized employees are granted access to use the Portal solely for legitimate business purposes including time tracking, viewing schedules, and accessing employment documents. This license terminates upon cessation of employment.

Violation of these policies may result in account termination, disciplinary action, or legal action.
You agree NOT to:
- Clock in or out on behalf of another employee (time theft)
- Falsify time records, GPS location data, or other employment information
- Share your login credentials or access code with others
- Access data or accounts that do not belong to you
- Use the Portal for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to breach security measures or access restricted systems
- Introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Harass, abuse, or harm others through the Portal
- Interfere with or disrupt the Portal's functionality
5. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers
⚠️ Important Notice
- Time & Payroll Data: Time tracking data and pay estimates are provided for informational purposes only. Employees are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their time records and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Tax Estimates: Tax calculations shown in the Portal are estimates only and do not constitute actual withholding amounts. Refer to official paystubs and W-2 forms for accurate tax information.
- GPS/Location Data: Location services are used to verify work site attendance. GPS accuracy may vary based on device, weather, and environmental factors.
6. Privacy and Data Collection
We collect and process personal information including but not limited to: name, contact information, employee ID, time clock data, GPS location data, and employment documents. For detailed information about data collection and usage, please refer to ourPrivacy Policy.
By using the Portal, you acknowledge that GPS location data may be collected when clocking in/out for the purpose of verifying work site attendance and preventing time theft.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
AS-IS BASIS
THE SITE AND PORTAL ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR SECURITY. RHINEHART CO. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR PORTAL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RHINEHART CO. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PORTAL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rhinehart Co., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site or Portal, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Grayson County, Texas.
11. Employment Relationship
Use of the employee Portal does not create, modify, or alter any employment relationship. All employment matters are governed by applicable federal and state employment laws, employee handbooks, and individual employment agreements. Nothing in these Terms creates any employment contract or guarantee of employment.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
